Coach Hayes has over 20 years of coaching experience in high school and college. He has created an extensive network of coaches from youth leagues to the NFL. Through those relationships, he has had the opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge in all aspects of the game. As a result, he combined his knowledge with theirs and created his own philosophy, schemes, and strategies resulting in a Florida State Championship. 

Through the years, Coach Hayes has had great success on the field as well as helping numerous players earn college scholarships, with several of them going on to play in the NFL.
